月曜日
デンマークであった暗黒の秘密ミッションを終え、オスロ空港に着いたのは１５時だった。コーヒーを飲んだら家に食うものが まったくなかったので、労働者専用食堂へ車を飛ばす。ステーキとイモを食って炭酸飲料を飲んで家に帰り、モーターヘッ ドを３時間聞く。バナナを食いチョコレート牛乳を飲んでから、９時までウエイトをしに出かける。背中、アゴ、プルダウンと下 半身のデッドリフトをかっきり２３分。シャワーをして帰宅。アメリカの友人と朝４時までチャット後，就寝。
